Came in here after watching Mike Hailwood’s comeback TT win in 1978.  This year it was our favourite pub in Peel.  Efficient bar staff even though the place was always busy.  Well kept ale. Not expens...

...a pool table, a great range of beers, a landlord with attitude and a bar that serves for as long as you need to drink. One of most magnificent places, not only in Peel, but in the whole of the IOM....

Always loved this place in TT...

What a great pub, after only our third visit the bar maid Claire knew what we were drinking and just asked “the usual” ! You don’t get service like that any more.

Claire is a proper bar maid!

Good pub loved it but had to wait quite a while to get served &apos;cos only one man serving, he was run ragged. Needed more staff on Manx GP practice week.
